Exchanges: We will exchange items similar in size and color, but we require you to pay shipping costs. Turnaround time must be arranged with Edie.

Returns: We will accept returns of items in condition they were sold for a 10% restocking fee. We require you to pay shipping costs.

Cancellations: We accept cancellations within 48 hours of ordering.

Turnaround Time: 10 days for items already created. 3-4 Weeks for custom creations.

Damages After Purchase: We are not responsible for items damaged after purchase.
